What You'll Learn


This 2.5-hour interactive workshop is for individuals and couples who want to interrupt emotional escalation, communicate with greater discipline, and create more stable, intentional relationships.

Participants will learn three Stoic shifts that move you from reactive conflict to meaningful connection.

Through a combination of lecture, individual workshop activities, and optional group discussion, you will practice:

  • The Stoic Pause
  • The Clarity Filter
  • The Control Shift

Practicing these shifts will create opportunities to:

  • identify your conflict triggers and retrain your first response in real time;
  • navigate tense conversations with greater steadiness and precision;
  • and, reduce resentment, stop repetitive conflict loops, and respond from a place of harmony rather than frustration.

All are welcome. No previous knowledge or experience required, other than a thoughtful approach and a desire to learn.
